Paul Peterson is a dedicated Breath Teacher with a passion for helping people to utilise the calming potential of conscious breathing.
Paul's journey into the world of breathwork began during his yoga and meditation practice over 25 years ago, where he learnt the powerful connection between the mind, body, and breath.
Whether working one-on-one with clients, leading workshops, or group classes, Paul inspires and guides others towards more balance, better sleep and reduced stress through the simple, yet profound practice of conscious breathing.
His mission is to empower individuals with the tools they need to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives, one breath at a time.
