Breath & Sound combines the meditative qualities of ambient music with conscious breathing to promote relaxation and calm.
Dynamic warm sound will be delivered to create a soothing and peaceful environment to help you reduce muscle tension, promote deep breathing, and help you release tension and stress.

Join us for an evening of breath and luminous rest.
Allow yourself to be immersed in live ambient soundscapes, calming conscious breathwork and the deeply meditative yoga nidra.
